Job Description

Position Title: Application Consultant – Accounting Software

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and configuration of accounting software for clients.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
3. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective software utilization.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
5. Document client requirements, system configurations, and user guides.
6. Support the testing and deployment of software updates or new features.
7. Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and professional assistance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Timely resolution of client issues.
2. Successful completion of software implementations within deadlines.
3. Positive client feedback on training and support services.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
3. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience:

1. 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or internship in accounting or software consulting.

Other Requirements:

1. Availability to travel to client sites if required.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
