Microsoft System Engineer

Job Description

•Good Technical background in the area of Microsoft Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Windows Server.

•Microsoft server operating system installation, customization, configuration, maintaining, testing and administration.

•Demonstrated ability to solve problems, identify alternative solutions, remote Assistance to customers and communicate best practices.

•Ability to manage and maintain Microsoft Infrastructure.

•Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc.), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Unified Labeling, Microsoft Defender, & Azure Infrastructure Education Background.

•Good Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.

Requirements

•Graduate of any course

•Minimum 2 years working experience in related fields

•Ability to work with Team Member and take direction from an assigned Manager

•Excellent communication skills & troubleshooting skills

•Effectively manage a set of tasks through to completion

•Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities

•Technical writing (Service Delivery Documentation)
